I have the following in my web.config....
<customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="Applicationerror.aspx"/>
but, my error page does not display. Instead a 'Runtime Error' page
displays showing how to setup CustomErrors.
I can't see anything wrong with the entry.
