deployment of asp.net pages using a web service

What needs to be installed on a server in order to run
ASP.NET pages that use the Mappoint Web Service? The .NET
Framework 1.1 is installed but I keep getting errors
regarding files not found when it's loading assemblies.
The file name varies--one is qef8wnts.dll. The same pages
work fine when deployed to a server that has the .NET SDK
installed. I'd like to be able to install just the bare
minimum rather than a full development environment.
