I need to detect vista NOT using "navigator.userAgent",

2. Not really, we avoid Vista where we can. Isn't there anything in
the MSDN Library? Or you could try a Windows-related newsgroup instead.

There is some system I'm building and i found that some vista
computers send wrong userAgent parameters, for example (Platform:
Windows NT 5.1; MSIE 6.0)

Maybe there is some unique plugin to detect vista with it, I mean
something only vista has?
