To get rid of the login windows that appear for Reporting Services, I
was ready to put the site into everybody's Local Intranet zone with a
group policy. But an IT guy throught it would help to activate Digest
Authenticaion on the IIS site's properties (Directory Security |
Authentication /Access Control).
It didn't work. It removed the login window but the Reporting Services
site is now empty. The page delivered without error. It's just that
there are no folders or items in the Home folder.
The real problem is that the IT guys unchecked the box but the problem
doesn't go away. Reporting Services is effectively down. Has anybody
run into this? Is there a way to make repairs.
