Digest?

Does anyone know how I can turn my subscription to this list into a digest
form? I'm not using Ruby much this semester and I'd like to reduce the
traffic through my inbox.

X-ML-Info: If you have a question, send e-mail with the body
"help" (without quotes) to the address (e-mail address removed);
help=<mailto:[email protected]?body=help>

IIRC you can even get the compressed digests, or tar files with the
messages, etc
