Dublin Core tutorials ?

I'm looking for a decent tutorial on DC.

Ideally it is sufficiently up to date that it covers the "audience"
element. It definitely needs to be of a depth that covers qualified
DC, and it does so in terms of dcmi-tems, not the now deprecated DCQ
approach.

XML / RDF application is ideal, but not so crucial.
