Dynamic Database driven ASp.net website.

Guys,

I want to build a totally dynamic ASp.net UI website which is completely
database driven i.e all i want to develope is a shell in dotnet for doing the
functionalities that is common to all the page like :
Dynamic control creation for UI
Dynamic UI creation
Select from database
Save to database
Validation for user entry


and then the save detatils of the UI layout, stored procs names for select \
save and any required details in the database. Can any one point me to some
resource on the internet, pretty sure such a thing has been done several
times before.
