dynamic webservice creation

Hi all,

Is it possible in .Net 2.0 to host a Webservice without ISS? Yes, I've
seen the articles and saw it was possible, but I would like the
webservices to be dynamic and be created at runtime, including the WSDL
creation and execution. Suggestions are welcome.
