dynamically Fill a forum on a page

I am developing a e-news website.. i bought space from
websuvidha.org.. they are also providing some emails...

the above are the links for the mail server.. now i have the details
of each account that can login to my website..

http://www.asianmedianetworkinc.com/

when the user click on {MAIL} link on his page... i should redirect
him to this page...

is there any way that i can fill the form on that page.. or generate a
new form as it is and send the request to the actual destination...

can someone please do that as send me code...

assume the form details to be :

(e-mail address removed)

password is : password
