Edit word documents?

Hi

I am unsure of whether this is the right group to post this but it does
relate to asp.net in some way!

I want from a .net 2.0 application send down a word 2003 document that
has been saved as xml and for my users to edit this word document using
their browser (internet explorer 6)

How can I do this? Are they any components or tools that will allow
editing of a word document inside a browser?

Telerik have a great component for editing called "r.a.d.editor"
