Email Reminder and Scheduled Task in ASP.NET

Hi All,
I want to know how to use asp.net in accessing windows's scheduled task, this scheduled task, i'm gonna use it for sending email by certain date

or can anyone give me some tutorial (with code) about using windows service/application in ASP.NET, the tutorial should be include date checking, and calling a web service or web application with certain parameter


does anyone can help me ?
