Enterprise app listens on tcp or udp port

Hi!

I would create a j2ee resource adapter, which will listen a tcp or udp
port and forward the incoming binary to an ejb.

Can you give me some url links, sources or any help to create it?

The app server is Sun Application Server (SJSAS 9.1) and EJB3 of
course.
