Error connecting to Server

Hi, I am trying to build an web based database with Access as my back-end,
but get the following error when I try to run it.

"Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging on the web
server. You do not have permissions to debug the server. Verify that you
are a member of the 'Debugger User' group on the server."

Of note, I am running XP pro, MS VB.Net ver. 7.1.3088

Thank you, Monty

Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management >
Local user and Groups > Users > 'your account' > Right click >
Properties > Member Of > Add... > Find the Debugger Users' group on your
local machine > Select and click OK twice.

Now you're member of the debugger users group.

Very nice help, really!
But Debugger Users was already in the list, I removed it and "added" it
again to no avail.
I thought maybe my *@##" firewall had something to do with it but nope.
Thanks, Monty
