Event Bubbling

Dear Folks,
I have some issue with bubbling the event above two levels in the hierarch
I have a web custom control 'B' .
'B' consists of a button and label
B exposes the button click event

there is another control A which consists of the above server control 'B'
i am not able to buble the buttonclick event of 'B' above 'A'.

how to solve this? please let me know ASAP.
