Exception Details: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path when running ASP.NET app

I got this error emssage trying to run an ASP.NET application on my
Win2003/IIS6.0 server:
Exception Details: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path
"C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET
Files\gsic_license\af8d1ef2\60bfeb0b" is denied.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

There was no way for you to know it, but this is a classic asp newsgroup.
While you may be lucky enough to find a dotnet-savvy person here who can
answer your question, you can eliminate the luck factor by posting your
question to a newsgroup where the dotnet-savvy people hang out. I suggest
microsoft.public.dotnet.framework.aspnet.

Before posting your question, I suggest you paste your error message into
Google and see what comes up from a Groups search.

header is my spam trap, so I don't check it very often. You will get a
