I have had an OMA problem for a month now, and cannot figure it out. A
while back, can't rememeber a specific time, I was able to browse to my OMA
at the local host using http://127.0.0.1/oma - it was maybe a year ago that
I last saw it work. I remember thinking "cool feature, but don't need it"
and moving on. Now, a service pack later I cannot get it to work. (now I
need it) I am running exchange 2003 sp2 on server 2000 sp4. Basically, I
browse to oma on the exchange server, and I get the following info on
screen -
Server Application Unavailable
The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is
currently unavailable. Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser
to retry your request.
Administrator Note: An error message detailing the cause of this specific
request failure can be found in the application event log of the web server.
Please review this log entry to discover what caused this error to occur.
I then go to the event viewer and in the application log and get the
following three errors/warning -

One thing to note, is I am working on 2 servers, my production exchange
server and a test server. I have the same problem on both servers.
