exporting MSDE database with ADO 2.0

Hi there,

Problem: I am on a shared hosting ASP.NET 2.0 with MSDE 2000 and
trying to export the database. Unfortunately I do not get any response
from the support where I host my application.

What is the smartest way to save (export) all data? Which then could
be "easily" imported to my new hosting providers database.

I have all table definitions and only need to export the data in a way
that its easy to import them again.

Are there any handy functions in ADO.NET 2.0 i havent seen yet?
