Fileupload not trigger in itemInserting event

there is a formview with fileupload function

the program use iteminserting event to do some validations.

the form works and fails. it depends on what file is uploaded.

i do not know the reason

when it fails, formview_iteminserting event is not triggered at all.

the browser return to blank (nothing) and the browser status is completed.

any advice? thx.
