find with null gives exception

this one gives me a exception. what is the syntax if i use the find
and wnat to return records with certail column null in it.
Rawdata.findall, :conditions=>{rocessed_indicator => NULL })

Rawdata.findall, :conditions=>["processed_indicator is NULL"])
