That must be a trick question. According to the apparent
beliefs of some people on this newsgroup, if your C program
will run on only processor, then you don't have a C program
to begin with.

More to the point, if your C program runs perfectly correctly on (only)
99.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of all the
processors in the world, it is still not a C program.

Or even 100%. The program could fail on a processor not yet invented.
