obsessive-compulsive jerk that I am, I have to point out that the article
begins with "Norman Nielsen once said..." when it was actually Jakob
Nielsen of the Nielsen Norman Group.

I like the line "designing accessible content requires designers and
developers to pay attention to the user experience". Duh! Actually,
that's the whole secret to programming successfully in general and
something Microsoft badly needs to properly learn.

M$oft _do_ pay attention to the user experience, it's what they're
best at.

anyone's particular problem to worry about it, take a look at recent
