forum in datagrids

Hi!

I was wondering how to create forums first page with datagrid or multiple
datagrids.
Forum should look like this:

Forum group: .net languages
forums: asp.net
vb.net
c#
....

Forum group: other languages
forums: php
java
....

Forum group is one table in the database and forums is other table.
