Friday Night at My House

John Barnette

Attendees: Me, Aaron Patterson, Ben Bleything, Eric Hodel, Ryan Davis, =
and various pets and significant others.

Before an ill-advised screening of "Leprechaun In The Hood," we =
presented Ryan with a velvet painting of himself. I'll ask the other =
attendees to provide details, but here's the photoset:

I'm not sure if it's the coolest thing I've ever seen or the most =
terrifying.

And I'll punt on the story too, as I was only peripherally involved. I'm
just here to share another little flickr link:

... which has other photos from the evening. I took a bunch more and I
may add them if there's anything interesting. I will try to get a better
shot of the painting itself; all the ones I uploaded are very dark.

terrifying.

My opinion: simultaneously both the coolest and most terrifying.

Ben

ps- Leprechaun In The Hood was amazing. I wonder what we'd have to do to
screen it at RubyConf?

I don't think it would be appropriate to screen without a suitably =
awesome velvet painting to present to an unwitting rubyist.=
