Genera question about a SELECT dropdown list

Hello,

I am trying to create a registration form page using asp.net and c#. One of
the fields is a drop down list of groups that are already registered, so if
your group is already registered then you can select it and continue on, but
if it isn't then what id like to have happen is, as soon as they select
"other" id like to have another text box become enabled where they can
provide their group name so it can be added to the database of registered
groups.
