geting value from DBGrid (Borland C++ Builder)

how could I get value showing in DBGrid table to a variable?
For egzamle:
I'd like to get value from 3'rd collumn and 2'nd row and put it into a
variable "int z". How coul I do it? - what method / propierties should I
used?
