Getting Japanese Web Input from various Browser (Mac/Win)

Hi All...

I am testing on Japanese input.
HTML, with UTF-8 encoding-> Send to a Servlet -> stored into Database

I tested on Windows 2000 IE and it is working fine (display and stored well
in database).
But seem that it is not working on Macintosh OS.
Submission become ?????? and in database it is stored as inverted '????'

And it seem to have issues when submitting from Netscape using window 98 as
well.
I am suspecting is the "charset" conversion issues.

Any ideas?? Thanks !!
