Getting Values of checked items in checkboxlis

I have a checkboxlist and I need to know how I can get all the values of the checked items so that I can send them to a text file. I already have other controls sending their values to the text file, I just don't know how to get all the checkboxlist items' values so they may be sent as well. Can anyone help? I have a checkboxlist named clbLike
