good xml editor

Hello group,

I am new to xml and I would like to start using it and writing some
xml files.I also using Linux(Ubuntu).I would appreciate it if you can
introduce a good XML IDE to me to start it(Please just the best with
most possible features that I can invest my time and energy for now
and future in the best way )

It's not free but IMHO it's excellent.
