Graphic Controls for .Net

I need to know which third party controls are the best to
present data graphically. I mean in terms of features,
ease of use and licencing.

You'll want to do your own research on this, but Dundas Chart for ASP.NET is
very good.

Microsoft also provides its own graphics library called the Office Web
Components. The library is a free download and provides all the graphical
functionality that is normally found in the microsoft office suite of
products. Licensing restrictions are tough and it is well worth your while
to get up to speed on licensing BEFORE writing code. Support is provided by
microsoft and newsgroups via
microsoft.public.office.developer.web.components.
