Probably a basic question but..
when you place a gridview on a page and enable paging, the
selected/highlighted item changes when you move between pages.
Is there a way to keep that from happening? Say you have a detail view and
you don't want to change from the detail view unless the item is actually
clicked vs. selected item in the gridview changing due to paging movement.
Stated another way, you have 50 records and paging is set for 10 records per
page. the user selects record 1 and a details view is populated for that
record. Now the user clicks to move to the next page of the gridview. When it
moves it selects a new record on the new page even though the user didn't
click the actual record.
