GUI/MFC/C++ developer position in London, UK

The company, Biotronics3D, based in East London,UK is a new and
dynamic venture dealing in advanced technologies. We market novel and
innovative solutions to the medical international market. It is
created by a group of scientists and businessmen, with ample
experience in this market sector. The patented technology allows
doctors to improve their diagnostic efficiency and accuracy via a set
of software and hardware tools. We have many strategic partnerships
with Universities and Hospitals. Our current strategy is to expand our
research and development activities by fusing technologies from the
video game industry to the medical industry.

The position is for a programmer with good application design and
development skills. The role reports directly to the director of R&D
and it is full time and office based.

The necessary skills required are:
1. Proven experience in developing GUI using MFC.
2. Proven experience with C++.
3. Proven experience with Microsoft Visual Studio .net or version 6.
4. Object oriented design and implementation experience.
5. Good mathematical background/foundation.
For 1, 2 and 3, it will be required to produce previous work
(executable and samples of source) during the interview process.

Some additional and desirable skills are:
1. Experience of using C++ STL
2. knowledge in relation to
a. image processing
b. DirectX and Avalon
3. good statistical background (maybe with applied Neural Networks)
4. Experience in programming GPUs.
