Help: Configuration Error

[VB Programmer]

I am using the free rich text editor control from ExportTechnologies. Every
once in a while I get this error (for no apparent reason). To fix it I
strip out ALL references to the editor the redo the references and it works.
Any ideas? Here's the full error:
