help file file download link

TIMOTHY KIDD

I was going to attach my page to this but it would not let me. I am looking
for a way to make a link
from the picture of the black card to a file in the same folder called
BLACKCARD.ZIP

I have looked and looked and tried different things. Can someone please
help me. Once I see it I can get it but right now am having no luck!

I can link to other sites but I want clicking on the picture to download the
zip file!

Thanx in advance!

Here is where the picture is that I am talking about

Try this:

<a href="http://www.somesite.com">
<img alt="your alt text"
src="http://home.earthlink.net/~takidd4597/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpic
tures/image.jpg" width="240">
</a>

I am still lost on this can you be more specific? Thanks!

Please don't top post.

<a href="BLACKCARD.ZIP"><img alt="Download BLACKCARD.ZIP " border="0"
src="http://home.earthlink.net/~takidd4597/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/image.jpg"
vspace="0" hspace="0" width="240"></a>

When the user clicks on the image they will download the file
BLACKCARD.ZIP just as you wanted. What happens to the file once
downloads (it might be opened straight away or it might be saved to
the user's hard drive) is down to how the user's browser has been
configured and is out of your hands.
