Help with this problem

Create a web page with a picture (folder) of a city, and with the help of
javascript make information about the city. Information consists of 6 to
select the location in the city, of course they are visible on the map, and
graduating the mouse on the desired location, a small window with
information. Information includes a photo, brief text and GPS location.
Space around the location at which the mouse "respond" is 200pxX200px.
