You could really speed up your research by searching the web
and the newsgroup and actually reading the replies to all
of your posts.

Yep, there is a lot of information out there.
If you want a job programming in C++, you will have to learn
how to search for yourself. The most successful job applicants
have researched the criteria for a position and how to sell
themselves for it.
