im developing a new language . so where can i have the compiler
developement softwares from?
or any other similar softwares? can any one help me? Please help me .

2. What Language do you use?
....
There are different kind of compilers in different Platforms...
Check out for VC++, C-Builder, eclipse, gcc, ...


And please don't forget, """Here is a C++ group""".

I hope this doesn't sound too mean spirited, but if you don't know the
answers to the above, then maybe developing a new language is not a
project you should be embarking on. Try learning 5 or 10 languages
first...

I had thoughts that way too.

If you want to develop a Domain Specific Language, I have heard that
Ruby is great. Could be great also to build up some prototype of the
language you want to design.

1.i use vista home premium
2.i use turbo c++ and ansi cpp

I don't really see a relationship to C++; you should probably
ask in comp.compilers.
