How can I open a new window with set properties

I have an html page what have a link which will open up a new window.
like so
<a href="http://www.yahoo.com" target="_blank">Testing</a>

Now what I would like to do is have this new window set to a fixed
width and height (location on the screen if posible). I think there is
a way to do this but cannot find the code. Any help would be
appreciated. thanks
