ASP scripts aren't installed. Have you installed IIS?

ASP scripts are simply copied to the web site's folder that you wnat
it run from, as with HTML files. Ther'es no "installation" as such.

Naturally you need to install IIS, which isn't available on XP Home.
If you need help with that, try the IIS newsgroups or iisfaq.com.
