How do you change the framerate in JMF video capturing?

I've got a project where I need to hit 30 FPS video capturing. This is from a Unibrain Industrial Firewire camera (the 520). Now capturing works in JMF, the only problem being the FPS is set at 16FPS and I can't for the life of me figure out how to change it. Any suggestions ? Thanks.
