The link worked when it was posted. Here's the updated link. The original
version was pulled and it seems that Microsoft didn't like the original
version's use of phrases such as 'RTFM' and 'STFW' because they're not in
the current version. MS probably didn't like the mention of Google being
your best friend either. ;)

I have yet to see anyone ion a newsgroup use quite the polite, formal
tones they quote when telling someone to RTM!! It certainly made me
smirk.
