How to change type of Quote from ' to " in Rexml?

Hi!

We have a question in german Ruby forum for which I can't find an answer.

How to change the type of quote in "Rexml", that instead of (for example)

<Test Att1='Text1'/>

an alternative form will be used:

<Test Att1="Text1"/>

I've just added this feature to REXML. You can grab it as a patch, or
wait for it to make its way into a release.

The changeset, where you can get a diff, is:
