how to create GIPL file

I have to convert a text file into a gipl file using C++. Does any body
has an idea how to do?
In particular, it would useful for me to know where to find some
information on the format of GIPL file.

There is nothing in C++ language Standard that describes "GIPL" file
or its format. I'll hazard a guess that it probably has something to
do with graphics, so perhaps you should try comp.graphics.algorithms.

If all else fails, go google.
