How to edit MSVC 7.1 VC++ directories by script

Hi people!

I'd like to build a setup script for a MSVC 7.1 project. The script asks the
user for some directories where include files and libs are stored. These
directories should be added to the user's MSVC IDE, in
Tools->Options->Projects->VC++ Directories. Is there a way to do this by a
script, and how?

I don't know. You may prefer to ask in microsoft.public.vc.
