How to get Regional Setting?

Hello
I need to set Edit->Text property to some floating-point values. This value
will be red by database (SQLServer) - so I must to write down it corectly -
means I have to know "what" represents the decimal point: coma or full stop.
But how can I get this information ?

You'll need to ask this elsewhere, either in a newsgroup devoted to your
platform (Windows?), or in the some source devoted to the SQL client you're
using. You could also ask whoever's managing the database, since they most
likely could tell you what's required.
