How to Get Url name from winpcap library when using in c++ code.

Hi ,
I am Sathish , need a solution . I want to use winpcap library
in c++ code . and intending to get the URL name when a user entered .
before that i want to implement the winpcap library in c++ code and to
get the URL name also ,please give the code as soon as possible.

It's offtopic, but I can add that what you write makes no sense:

- winpcap has nothing to do with URLs (except URLs sometimes travel
across the Ethernet frames winpcap sniffs, but four or more
application layers above)
- a user cannot enter a . into winpcap; it's a library, not an
interactive application.
- you cannot implement WinPcap; it has already been implemented.
If you meant you want to *use* it from C++ code, I am sure you
can already do that.
- you cannot expect people on Usenet to do all that for you (even
if we understood what you wanted)
