How to Get Url name from winpcap library when using in c++ code.

Hi , I am Sathish , need a solution . I want to use winpcap library
in c++ code . and intending to get the URL name when a user entered in
any browser . before that i want to implement the winpcap library in c+
+ code and to get the URL name also ,please give the code as soon as
possible.

Lang : c++.
OS: winXP.
