how to install boost

Hi there, can anyone tell me how to install boost in windows, and my
IDE is Visual Studio 2008, I also use g++ as c++ compiler. And I have
download a source code package. Successfull experience is greatly
appreciated. Thank you

You can always asking boost question with boost user mail group.
