How to start a MSN session via ASP.NET 2.0?

Hey

ASP.NET 2.0

I'm creating a web page on which I want to create some kind of link to
another persons MSN Messenger ID (username).. so when I click on this link
it starts a MSN Messenger session (chat) with this person

Any suggestions how to solve this?
