How to store the numeric data from the file in two different arrays?

Hello everyone.

I've got a serious problem. I will have to use few different files that's why I think I'll have to use dinamic arrays.
Tested it to print the vertices.
I have no idea how to store that data in two different arrays. Any help is welcome.
