How to use user control?

I download the source of Portal Starter Kit form http://www.asp.net/Default.aspx?tabindex=8&tabid=47

There are many user controls in the project.

I open a new web form, drag a user controls from the project manager, and there is a error message on the user control.



Are there any things I must do?

It sounds like the project cannot find the PortalUserControl object.
Compile the project and see if that helps.
